Metro National Corp. owns the 89,000-sf, four-story, class-A building. Mike Collins of Grubb & Ellis Co. has represented Verizon while Randy Nerren has acted on behalf of Metro National.
According to Metro National, the building offers banking facilities, covered walkways, card key access and is cable ready. Houston-based, Metro National is the developer.
In an unrelated transaction, Summers Group Inc. is moving into a 6,162-sf office at Atrium I at 15311 West Vantage Parkway. Collins has acted for the Summers Group in the talks. Building owner Kennedy-Wilson Property Services has used in-house broker Beverly Holly to negotiate the lease. The Summers Group is a Houston-based electrical contractor and supplier that focuses on the chemical industry.
