The two offices gave the firm a combined 29,000 sf. The workforce at Henderson has grown by more than 40 people in the past couple of years and now tops out at more than 160.
Henderson was started in 1870. The company provides mechanical, plumbing, electrical and civil engineering design. Ongoing local projects include the new downtown main branch of the Kansas City Public Library and an engineering building at the University of Kansas.
Pine Ridge Business Park has more than 1.9 million sf of office and office-warehouse space.
