Edgar Filings will be moving into 2,337 sf at 11 Greenway Plaza in the Greenway Plaza submarket. Simons would not reveal the terms of the lease, but industry data puts the class-A rental rates at $22.03 per sf, class-B at $18.65 per sf and class-C, $16.46 per sf.

Ace Schlameus and Jay Kyle, both of Grubb & Ellis Co., have represented IEC Inc in the deal. IEC is a Houston-based electronic filing service for public companies and others needing to periodically file with the SEC. Simons has acted on behalf of RealtiCorp, which specializes in acquisitions and land sales.

In another deal, Ace Schlameus, Kyle and Gail Hinderliter of GH II have negotiated a lease on behalf of the Regency Work Institute for 2,678 sf at 1919 North Loop West. PM Realty is leasing agent.
