Specifics of the deal are not being released, but the going annual rate for similar industrial space is around $4.82/sf, according to Marcus & Millichap. According to CB Richard Ellis' Mark Demetre, who represents J.B. Co., there is still more than 168,000 sf available in the building leased by Microform. In addition, there is more than 225 acres remaining for future development within the park.

More than 366,000 sf has been leased at Interstate Business Park since it opened in 1999. The development now has more than 12 tenants. Mike Stafford of Collier's International in Roseville represented Microform.
