The tenant, Facey Medical Foundation, will occupy the entire third floor of the complex, according to the terms of the five-year, $2-million lease. The organization, which manages the Facey Medical Group, will use the new location at 15451 San Fernando Mission Blvd. to house its administrative offices. The group plans to move into the new offices in May.

In addition to the Jade Corporate Center space, Facey will continue to occupy its nearby location at 11211 Mission Blvd. The new lease will allow the group to better organize its administrative offices, as well as provide an opportunity for future expansion, according to a Facey spokesperson.

Joel Frank, of First Property Realty Corp., represented the tenant. A Grubb & Ellis brokerage team from the North Los Angeles office, which included Brian Hennessey, Alexander Wadley, Jim Lindvall and Chris Baer, represented the landlord, Jay Arteaga Development.
