Medical Firm Expands in Mission Hills

LOS ANGELES-A locally based medical management company has stitched up a $2-million deal with the Jade Corporate Center, to occupy 16,311 sf of office space at the Mission Hills complex.

LOS ANGELES-A locally based medical management company has signed a lease for 16,311 sf of office space at Jade Corporate Center, in order to expand its operations in Mission Hills.

The tenant, Facey Medical Foundation, will occupy the entire third floor of the complex, according to the terms of the five-year, $2-million lease. The organization, which manages the Facey Medical Group, will use the new location at 15451 San Fernando Mission Blvd. to house its administrative offices. The group plans to move into the new offices in May.
