Greg Jordan, leasing and retail sales director for Woodlands Operating Co. LP, says land sales have been completed. The new retail lineup includes La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery, Chuck E. Cheese, Firestone/Bridgestone Tire Center, Nesbit's Cleaners, Payless ShoeSource, Woodforest National Bank, Willie's Grille & Icehouse family restaurant and Popeye's Chicken. A Lowe's home improvement center will be added later in the year.

Retailers such as Wal-Mart Supercenter, Garden Ridge Pottery, Wendy's, Burger King and Country Inn & Suites already are open in the shopping center. Jordan says the Wal-Mart and Garden Ridge stores are reporting strong traffic and sales in the market. The College Park Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Interstate 45 and College Park Drive in the Woodlands.
