The multi-let Veritas House has 46,143 sq ft of offices on lower ground, ground and seven upper floors. It currently produces £1,630,565 per annum in rent, showing a net initial yield of 6.33%. Healey & Baker acted for the purchaser and King Sturge for Land Securities.
