Fircroft has added 3,392 sf for a total of 7,902 sf. The firm provides project management and contract staffing to construction developers. Proterra Properties has represented Fircroft while Yancey-Hausman, the property owner, has used in-house leasing manager, David Carter, to negotiate the pact.

The Houston-based Yancey-Hausman had purchased the four-story, 65,128-sf office structure in 1997. The building was constructed in the early 1980s and renovated in 1998. Philip Ewald Architecture had designed the renovation on the class-B building. Other major tenants in the building include technology firm, Iconixx Inc with more than 26,000 sf and Land NC, which occupies in excess of 17,500 sf. Yancey-Hausman owns nine other suburban office buildings in Houston and is constructing the 112,000-sf Northwest Crossing II office, situated along the Northwest Freeway.
