First Industrial's regional director, Hayden Tiger, noting that the buildings are on schedule, also says that, given he state of industrial leasing in that neck of the woods, he fully expects both assets to be 50% preleased by the time the shovels are packed away.

The two buildings boast 18-foot clear-height ceilings and can park up to four cars per 1,000 sf of office area.

First Industrial owns some 78 million sf of space valued at nearly $3 billion in 31 markets across the country.
