LOS ANGELES-The county’s industrial market continues to tighten, with the inking of two additional deals totaling more than $4.3 million.

In the larger of the two transactions, a Canadian manufacturer signed a $3.3 million lease for industrial space in Irwindale. According to the terms of the 10-year lease, the tenant will take 57,920 sf in the newly completed 110,000-sf Irwindale Distribution Center. The building stands at 6230 N. Irwindale Ave.

The tenant, Roma Moulding, will be relocating from a nearby site in Irwindale. The company is planning to occupy its new space in June.
