Sutton Park North, a 100,000-sf office building that is 100% leased, won the award in 1997 and 1999 and in 1997 was also recognized in BOMA's Regional and International competition.

The property is the first of three buildings planned at the Sutton Park complex that will total 400,000 sf once completed. Louis Dreyfus recently announced plans for Sutton Park South, a new 75,000-sf building. Ground has yet to break on that property.
