The company bought a 7,170-sf building at Monument Avenue and Johnson Street in Park Place from Osceola Mental Health Inc. for $490,000 or $68.34 per sf. The location is in the middle of a multimillion-dollar renovation venture comprising the courthouse building, the civic center and the city library.

Mythlandia is owned and operated by Phil W. Wigglesworth and his wife, Faith W. Wigglesworth. "With its numerous property management opportunities, Central Florida is an ideal match for the Wigglesworths and the services their company will offer," Karen L. Stauffer, commercial manager for Orlando-based Signature Realty Commercial Inc., tells GlobeSt.com.

Stauffer negotiated for the buyers. Linda Goodwin-Nichols, owner/broker of Goodwin Realty Inc. and a Kissimmee city commissioner, represented the seller.
