Precision Waterject specializes in the custom cutting of metal, tile and other building materials. Its new space is at 635 W. Angus Ave., next door to its current facility. Between the two facilities, the company now occupies a total 25,800 sf of space.
Troy Williams of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented the tenant. Williams also spoke for the owner, private investor Stephen D. Crank of Mission Viejo.
