HM Treasury has taken the top three floors at £53.50 per sq ft and Chase de Vere has taken the two lower floors at £55 per sq ft. Both are 20-year leases with less than four months rent-free.
Martin Jepson, regional development director,at Taylor Woodrow Property Company, says "These lettings followed a deal with Kleinwort Benson Private Bank for the entire building falling through and within hours Chase de Vere and HM Treasury instructed lawyers to close the deal."
Agents on the scheme are Jones Lang LaSalle and Lambert Smith Hampton. HM Treasury was advised by Chesterton and Montagu Evans acted for Chase de Vere.
