The 51,000-sf warehouse is located at 13145 S. Unitec Dr. in the Unitec Industrial Park, 13 miles north of Laredo. The terminal has 93 doors and 5,200 sf of office space. About 100 people will be employed to handle the estimated two million pounds of freight that will be offloaded and on-loaded daily at the site.

CF Mexico has developed the terminal. It owns 22 other terminals, of which 13 are along the US border. CF Mexico is the only international freight carrier operating in Mexico. Based in Vancouver, WA, Consolidated Freightways has more than 350 terminals and 30,000 over-the-road vehicles in its transportation system.
