Shidler Group Signs Two Office Tenants

SAN DIEGO-Development giant inks research firm for one building, mortgage-services company for space at another.

SAN DIEGO-The Shidler Group has signed leases with two new tenants recently at separate office properties here.In a deal valued at $202,000, CATO Holding Co., a contract research organization, signed a five-year lease with the developer and property owner for 1,725 sf of office space at 6480 Weathers Place. Scott Kincaid of CB Richard Ellis represented both sides of the transaction.

In a separate deal at Shidler’s Valley Corporate Center in Mission Valley, Unified Mortgage Services Inc. signed a five-year lease valued at $186,000 for 1,404 sf of office space at 591 Camino de la Reina. The building was previously known as Mission Valley Financial Center.
