The predominantly industrial portfolio includes the multi-let Penkridge industrial estate in Staffordshire, which was valued by King Sturge at £9 million.

The biggest asset is the Lakenheath Estate in Suffolk which provides residential accommodation for United States Air Force at the Mildenhall and Lakenheath air bases. It is leased to the USAF for 10 years from 1 May 1993 at £3.2 million per annum, and was valued by King Sturge at £26 million.

Ascot is the subject of a takeover bid by Dow UK, and it is a condition of that deal that Ascot disposes of all its property subsidiaries prior to the sale.
