Titanis Inc., a Houston-based ISP provider, is the largest space taker, signing for 12,929 sf at 10700 N. Freeway. Mike Boehler with the Staubach Co. has represented the tenant while the Grubb & Ellis Co. team of Steve Rocher and Kristen Porter has acted on behalf of the building owner, BMS Management.
JMG Realty is taking 4,592 sf at BMS' 10200 Richmond in a deal solely handled by the Rocher-Porter team. JMG Realty markets, manages and provides investment advisory services on multifamily dwellings in Texas, Georgia and Florida.
Petro Source Corp. is sliding into 2,497 sf at Millennium Tower, located at 10375 Richmond in Westchase. Petro Source is a CO2 transportation, marketing and sequestration company based in Houston. Rocher and Lucian Bukowski of Grubb & Ellis Co. have represented the building owner and Tom McKenzie of McKenzie Realty has acted on the tenant's behalf.
TBI Oilfield Supply has sealed a lease for 2,194 sf at 11931 Wickchester. David Schwartz of Reco has handled negotiations for the tenant and the Rocher-Porter team has acted for the building owner. TBI Oilfield Supply is a Houston-based equipment, supplies and OEM replacement provider to the oilfield drilling and exploration industries.
