After being named owner's representative last month, Hunter has been involved in assisting with site location, picking a construction team and developing plan to relocate Zim-American employees, including an estimated 50 upper-level managers. The company's new two-story, steel-framed building was designed by Norfolk architect Randi Lyall, president of Lyall Design Architects. It will be situated on a corner site in the 225,000-square-foot office park.

Founded in 1999, New York-based Hunter Management Corp. is a division of The Hunter Organization LLC, a full-service commercial real estate organization.
