Keewaydin Among Top 25 Consulting Firms

MINNEAPOLIS-Keewaydin Real Estate Advisors is named as one of the top 25 management consulting firms by a Twin Cities business newspaper as well as one of the top 10 corporate advisors by the International Development Research Council.

MINNEAPOLIS-Keewaydin Real Estate Advisors was named as one of the top 25 management consulting firms in Minnesota by CityBusiness, the Twin Cities weekly business newspaper. Minneapolis-based Keewaydin was the only real estate consulting firm to be included on the list.

The magazine cites Keewaydin’s ability to link business strategy with long-term real estate decisions. Keewaydin also says it has been recognized as one of the top 10 corporate real estate advisors in the nation by the International Development ResearchCouncil. The firm works with clients such as Target Corp., Medtronic, Lutheran Brotherhood and the Guthrie Theater on strategic real estate planning, land acquisition negotiation, negotiation of government incentives, and architect selection management.
