The largest building on the site, of 109,630 sq ft, has beenpre-let at £975,000 pa (£7.50 per sq ft) to document and data storagespecialists Senti Business Services Group which was preresented by DE& J Levy.
Hugh Chesterton of agent King Sturge, which originally sold the site toQuadrant on behalf of the Post Office and has been retained on the leasingjointly with agency Knight Frank, said 'Senti has been picking up some bigcontracts from City and West End corporations that want to store theirarchives out of office. It needed a trophy building which provided easyaccess to its market as well as providing quick access onto the motorwaynetworks. Greenwich satisfied both its requirements.'
Quadrant will deliver the building in November and are looking for pre-letson two smaller units which will be developed alongside Senti. An additional20,854 sq ft is available at £7.70 per sq ft although according toChesterton there is a possibility that units of 13,906 sq ft and 6,948 sq ftcould be built speculatively.
