DFW Freeport RI Hotel Property Ltd. received $6.933 million in interim adjustable rate financing for the three-story Residence Inn by Marriott in Irving, TX. The 72,466-sf property is located on three acres in the Freeport Business Park near the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.

K Partners Ten, LLC, received $2.8 million in interim financing for a three-story, 76-room Holiday Inn Express in Prescott, AZ. The 43,000-sf hotel was constructed in 1997 and is located on two acres. GMAC Commercial Mortgage services commercial restate borrowers and investors seeking relationship-based advice and consultation. Its servicing portfolio totals more than $96 billion.
