The Corporate Park transaction is the latest in a string of relatively small deals that have kept Orange County brokers busy even as sales of larger properties slow. Yesterday, GlobeSt.com reported that 38,237-sf Hillcrest Office Park sold for $3.5 million.
The seller, a Southland-based partnership called CTF-13 Hillcrest LLC, was represented by Michael Lawrence of the Newport Beach office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. The buyer, a locally based private partnership known as E.P.I. LP, was represented by Joshua Levy of Grubb & Ellis' Sherman Oaks office.
