Movers Relocating to Livermore

LIVERMORE, CA-S&M Moving Systems signed a five-year lease for the space, which is located in a 277,000-sf development at 7337 Las Positas Dr. The Santa Fe Springs-based company is keeping a 100,000-sf facility in Fremont and subleasing another.

LIVERMORE, CA-S&M Moving Systems, an agent of United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit, is moving out of 50,000 sf in Fremont and into 143,000 sf of warehouse space in Livermore. The company signed a five-year lease for the space, which is located in a 277,000-sf development at 7337 Las Positas Dr.

The space is being upgraded to accommodate high-tech clients with sensitive equipment to store. The asking rate at the property is 45 cents a square foot, triple net, according to some reports, but the rent for the S&M site was not released.
