Pinnacol Assurance Moving to Lowry

DENVER-Colorado's largest carrier of workers' compensation insurance has purchased a 140,000-sf building at the Quad at Lowry Business Park, which is close to public transportation and plenty of nearby retail offerings.

DENVER-Pinnacol Assurance, Colorado’s largest carrier of workers’ compensation insurance, has purchased a 140,000-sf building at the Quad at Lowry Business Park in the former Lowry Air Force Base in east Denver. Currently, Pinnacol occupies six floors and more than 130,000 sf in the Galleria Building at 720 S. Colorado Blvd., about a five-minute drive from Lowry.

Pinnacol will occupy only four floors in the new Lowry building, which features more efficient floorplates. It plans to move into what is known as Building Three in 2002, the same year its lease expires at the Galleria.

“The arrangement of the new building will strengthen the team environment for employees, leading to better communication and collaboration, resulting in improved customer service,” says Jeff Tetrick, Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacol Assurance.
