Hang Town Grill has just inked the final lease for the 130,000-sf shopping center. The eatery will open in the fall. In other recent signings, doors will be opening on the Animal Clinic, Hallmark, L'Avantage, Aveda Lifestyle Salon, Wendy's, Edward Jones and an office for orthodontist Todd Hughes. The center had delivered in February.
Hermes Reed is the architect of Sterling Ridge Shopping Center, which is owned by the Woodlands Operating Co. A 63,000-sf Kroger Signature store, 10,000-sf Eckerd Drugand 9,000-sf Perry's Grill & Steakhouse serve as anchors. In-line retail spaces range from 1,400 sf to 9,000 sf. The Woodlands has marketed 25 in-line retail spaces and 12 pad sites for the lease-up.
