Stonebridge Cos. Receives Hotel Group's Award

DENVER-Local hotel owner/operator Navin Dimond gets the 2000 Award for Excellence from the Asian American Hotel Owners Association. His Stonebridge Cos. has become the nation's 51st largest owner/developer of hotels in 10 years.

DENVER-The Asian American Hotel Owners Association gave local hotel owner/operator Navin Dimond its 2000 Award for Excellence. The award recognizes an individual for strong leadership, high standards of excellence and valuable contributions to the lodging industry.

Dimond is principal of the 10-year-old Denver-based Stonebridge Cos., which owns and operates more than 30 hotels in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado and Washington.

The company holds operating licensees for Choice, Hilton, Bass, Marriott and Radisson. Propertybrands include Comfort Suites, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Hampton Inn & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Radisson and SpringHill Suites by Marriott.
