Velocita, a broadband networks provider, joins DPR Construction and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as tenants in the recently completed office tower, developed by the Orr Company. The McLean, VA, office of Cushman and Wakefield negotiated the lease on behalf of the ownership.
Fairview Park is located near the confluence of the Capitol Beltway and interstates 66 and 50. Completed last month, 2941 Fairview Park Drive, is a 15-story, 360,000 sf foot office tower designed by the Annapolis, MD-based architecture firm of Boggs & Partners in conjunction with Bohlin Cywinski & Jackson.
