The 80,000-sf build-to-suit facility has been acquired by I.C. Myers on behalf of its long-term portfolio lessee, Melmarc Products. The property stands at 4040 Carriage Drive. Melmarc, a silkscreen printer, will occupy the entire facility. The company is relocating from multiple I.C. Myers' properties in Santa Ana and Fountain Valley. The new site will allow the printer to expand its operations.

The buyer was represented by Colliers Seeley brokers Lee A. McCullough and Chip Dever. The seller, Newport Beach-based developer Ewing Development Co., was represented by the late John Sutherland of Property Resources Inc. and Gary Stache of CB Richard Ellis.
