The 25,600-sf facility stands at 7600 Laurel Canyon Blvd. The buyer, Gopez Corp., will use the building as both a retail store and warehouse.

The building stands on a 48,000-sf parcel of land. Gopez employs about 20 people, a company employee tells GlobeSt.com.

NAI Capital brokers Sue Horowitz and Randy Sheinbein represented both Gopez Corp. and the seller, privately held K&M Properties.
