Nationwide Retailers Take 41,000 SF

HOUSTON-Factory-2-U and Famous Footwear have signed for extra space in the city. The nationwide retailers have signed for an aggregate 41,000 sf at Westhill Shopping Center and Fairway Plaza.

HOUSTON-San Diego-based Factory-2-U Stores Inc. has leased 21,000 sf in Westhill Shopping Center at 7639 Westheimer near its intersection with Hillcroft.

Factory-2-U is a value discount retailer for clothing, home goods, gifts, footwear and domestic items. Factory-2-U is leasing the retail space from Weingarten Realty Investors.Weingarten has used in-house broker Sarah Ellis in the negotiations. W. Loch Cook of Boyd Page has represented Factory 2-U.
