BRS has agreed a rent of £1,328,616 per annum, which equates to £27 ($38.60)per sq ft on a 20-year lease, with a tenant's break option in the 17th year.
The Westgate development, which had been undertaken by HBG Properties - the property arm of the HBG construction group - was pre-sold to the Diageo Pension Fund.
Savills Fund Management advised Diageo Pension Scheme and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung represented HBG Properties on the funding. FPDSavills and Michael Rogers were joint letting agents on the scheme. DTZ Debenham Tie Leung also represented Britannic Retirement Solutions.
