Twin Saddles is the second phase of a $100-million expansion of the resort, formerly called Silver Creek. Twin Saddles includes 100,000 sf of condo units, a fitness center, business center, meeting space, outdoor heated pool, a hand-sculptured stone hot tub and a Great Room that owners share.

There will be more than 5,000-sf of retail space including a restaurant and a general store in the complex.

The first condominium development in the ski resort, the Kicking Horse Lodge, 97 of the 115 units were sold in a two-day pre-sale event in April 2000.

Maverick Real Estate Corp. of Vancouver, BC, is marketing Twin Saddles.
