Last summer, Dotcast opened a new radio frequency research and development center on the second floor of the building, hiring locally and moving some staff up from its Silicon Valley-based headquarters in California. Dotcast says the new space allows it to expand its network operations and content management functions at that site instead of in California.

John Concannon of Tech Tenant Partners brokered the Dotcast lease. CenterPoint is a 46-acre project owned by IntraRock I LLC, a partnership between Seattle developer Intracorp and San Francisco-based Rockwood Capital Corp., a real estate Pension Fund Advisor. CenterPoint development plans include an on-site daycare, campus restaurant, conference center, fitness facilities, dry-cleaning service, mail facilities and picnic areas.
