Dotcast Doubles Lease in Valley Business Park

KENT, WA-Dotcast Inc. has doubled the size of its lease at CenterPoint Corporate Park, a 763,000-sf, multi-tenant development south of Seattle. The broadband data communications company has taken approximately 19,000 sf on the third floor of the Creekside Two building.

Last summer, Dotcast opened a new radio frequency research and development center on the second floor of the building, hiring locally and moving some staff up from its Silicon Valley-based headquarters in California. Dotcast says the new space allows it to expand its network operations and content management functions at that site instead of in California.
