Ron Jacobson, the Colliers vice president who holds the leasing assignment, tells GlobeSt that two buildings have been leased and four buildings have been sold. All deals are contingent on completion of the buildings. The listed annual lease rate for the buildings is between $1.75/sf. and $1.85/sf.
Jacobson declined to detail the buyers or the lease tenants -- save for Colliers, which signed a 7-year lease for the 8,336-sf "Building H." Jacobson would only say that the other lease tenant is taking the 6,360-sf "Building A, and that the attraction appears to be the stonework that covers the building and hides its tilt-up nature.
