Insignia/ESG Adds Top Bay Area Broker

SAN FRANCISCO-Don Shaver, one of the region’s top performing brokers, has joined Insignia/ESG’s local office as senior managing director. The addition underscores the commercial firm’s commitment to expanding its operations in the area.

Shaver most recently spent eight years with Cushman & Wakefield’s local office. In 1999, Shaver was named the company’s top producer in San Francisco and received its service excellence award for the second year in a row. He began his career with what would become Colliers International after earning his degree in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Just prior to joining Insignia/ESG, Shaver was president of ITI Solutions, a division of WorkPlace USA, a Dallas-based consulting firm with expertise in telecommunications and Internet infrastructure. He has represented various clients during his career, including Pacific Bell Directories where Shaver managed a 1 million sf statewide portfolio for more than five years. Shaver was also the preferred provider for Bank of America.
