The portfolio includes over 20 properties in central London such as the Berkeley complex on Piccadilly, Earl Place, Appold Street in the City as well as landmark business park properties on parks including Arlington Business Park at Theale, Berkshire; Aztec West in Bristol and Vanwall Business Park in Maidenhead, Berkshire among others.
