The company is relocating its distribution center from Santa Ana to the new site at 412 Levers Place. Dan Powers of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant. David Williams of Lee & Associates represented the landlords, Arlen and Eva Rethwisch.
The industrial market continues to tighten, despite recent reports that there is a slowdown in the county's manufacturing sector. Brokers say they have yet to feel any negative impact that the slowdown may cause on the county's industrial real estate. Vacancies are at a historic low and brokers say there is continued demand for industrial space, especially from small to mid-sized users.
