New Haven, a manufacturer and distributor of moving equipment, is relocating from 2528 Fairway Park Dr. in Houston. The firm has 15 company-owned locations and a network of national distributors for its moving equipment, which include trucks and trailers, moving pads, dollies and ramps and covers and tarps.

Houston-based Clay Development and Construction is headed up by a father-son team, Albert W. Clay III and Robert Clay, who are descendants of Adam Clay, for whom the CBD's Clay Street is named. Notable projects include the 393,000-sf northwest Houston office-warehouse Clay is constructing for mini-blind manufacturer Novo Industries announced in February. The seller is a commercial real estate development and construction firm specializing in industrial build-to-suit facilities.
