New Haven Moving Closes 20,000-SF Buy

HOUSTON-Clay Development and Construction has found a buyer for a 20,000-sf office-warehouse at 5101 Tacoma. With the buy, New Haven Moving Equipment will be relocating from Fairway Park.

HOUSTON-Chicago-based New Haven Moving Equipment Co., has purchased a 20,000-sf office-warehouse at 5101 Tacoma from Clay Development & Construction Inc.

New Haven, a manufacturer and distributor of moving equipment, is relocating from 2528 Fairway Park Dr. in Houston. The firm has 15 company-owned locations and a network of national distributors for its moving equipment, which include trucks and trailers, moving pads, dollies and ramps and covers and tarps.
