Warner Estate Buys Office Portfolio

LONDON- Warner Estate Holdings has bought four office investments from Danmerc B.V.

The portfolio comprises a cluster of five modern buildings on Severalls Business Park, Colchester, Essex, along with modern offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and Bradford, West Yorkshire, as well as a multi-let office investment in Harrow, North London.

The offices are well let to tenants including Barclays Bank, CGNU, Cornhill Insurance and Bank of Scotland.
