The buildings sold were: the Vistas at Brookfield, two buildings totaling 70,582 sf, which are 98% leased to tenants including Dun & Bradstreet and McGraw Hill; 1 Holland Place, a 99% leased four-story building totaling 84,557 sf, tenants include TransUnion, World Access and Apex Systems; and the Trigon Building, a three-story, 77,800-sf building leased by Trigon, formerly Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Virginia.
