Guaranty Residential arranges single-family mortgage loans, securitizes loans and sells loans on the secondary market. Within a year both the Santa Rosa and the Sonoma offices are expected to do $16 million to $20 million per month in home loans.

The new Santa Rosa space at 120 Stony Point Road is the company's new regional headquarters, servicing northern California, Nevada and Arizona. It is the first Guaranty Residential Lending office to open in Sonoma County.

Guaranty Residential Lending is a unit of Temple-Inland Inc., a Texas company with interests in packaging products and building materials. The financial services group is comprised of Guaranty Residential Lending, Guaranty Bank and Guaranty Insurance Services.
