Dubbed the Raytheon Building, the 117, 987-sf office property was built in 1982 and is situated on 5.65 acres. BGK of Texas manages the building, which is commanding rates of $16 per sf.

Steve Rocher and Hubert Wen, both of Grubb & Ellis Co., handled the negotiations for the building owner, Nauru Phosphate Royalties Inc. Derrell Curry, Mark O'Donnel and Dena Wren, all of CB Richard Ellis, have represented Raytheon.

Based in Lexington, MA, Raytheon produces products for defense, commercial electronics, business aviation and special mission aircraft industries. Raytheon is a $20-billion company with 100,000 employees worldwide.
