QA, which is moving from Cirencester to Swindon, has signed a 15-year lease at £16.25 ($23.25) per sq ft. Completion is scheduled for December 2001.
Jeremy Sutton, senior associate at letting agent King Sturge, said: 'Taylor Woodrow was rewarded for its confidence in the Swindon market when it let Delta 1200, a speculative office development, last year to Reckitt Benckiser within a fortnight of construction being completed. The letting of Delta 1100 continues Taylor Woodrow's success.'
The next phase of the development, Delta 300, will comprise up to 80,000 sq ft of office space and Taylor Woodrow is currently working up detailed designs with a view to a speculative start site before the end of the year. King Sturge and CB Hillier Parker were joint letting agents.
