About 1,000 builders, brokers, lenders and other apartment professionals are expected to attend the annual day-long conference, which will be followed by an evening dealmaking session. Keynoters are W. Dean Henry, president of apartment giant Legacy Partners Residential Inc., and R. Scot Sellers, chairman and CEO of fast-growing Archstone Communities.

Other featured speakers include Richard B. Gold, president of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments; Harvey E. Green, president and CEO of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.; Mitchell W.
