Top Apartment Leaders Slated for Big Conference

LOS ANGELES-More than 40 leaders of nation's multifamily industry will speak at RECG's widely anticipated "Apartments 2001" event. Keynoters include president of Legacy Partners Residential and chairman, CEO of Archstone Communities.

LOS ANGELES-More than 40 leaders in the nation’s multifamily industry will take part in the widely anticipated “Apartments 2001″ conference to be held Sept. 24 at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.

About 1,000 builders, brokers, lenders and other apartment professionals are expected to attend the annual day-long conference, which will be followed by an evening dealmaking session. Keynoters are W. Dean Henry, president of apartment giant Legacy Partners Residential Inc., and R. Scot Sellers, chairman and CEO of fast-growing Archstone Communities.

Other featured speakers include Richard B. Gold, president of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments; Harvey E. Green, president and CEO of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.; Mitchell W. Kiffe, vice president of multifamily housing for mortgage market giant Freddie Mac; and Heidi McKibbon, Fannie Mae’s top multifamily executive.
