SES is taking about 6,000 sf for a regional sales office at 13135 Dairy Ashford in Sugar Land and 11,000 sf at 3000 Richmond Ave. in Houston proper. The Richmond Avenue site has come with SES' recent takeover of the assets of Houston-based Trendsetter Staffing, Dennis Lambka, SES' president and CEO, tells GlobeSt.com.
Based in Auburn Hills, MI, SES has offices in 11 markets nationwide. "The Houston area represents one of our largest markets in terms of potential clients, with thousands of businesses that fit our target profile," says Lambka. The company provides professionals for businesses with less than 200 employees. SES is coming to Houston for its strong entrepreneurial spirit, which is driving startups of smaller operations that are key to SES' strategy. "We are seeing demand for our services grow dramatically as business owners realize how outsourcing the human resource function can increase their focus on growing profits and raising productivity," Lambka says.
